4th Wedding Anniversary

For our 4th Wedding Anniversary we went to the nicest steak house in Manhattan, KS called Harry's. It was fun. Here we are before we left on our deck. A happy family was our gift for our anniversary.

First Trip to the Lake

When Robert's mom came to visit, we took her and our son to the Lake. The lake is over 35 miles in length and is beautiful... but not as beautiful as this happy family!

He sleeps just like his daddy - arms above his head. So cute. He sure has changed since the day we brought him home - he now looks like he has some meat on him.

First Days at Home

After giving Mommy and Daddy a scare with his reflux, Robbie got to sleep a night in our bed. Isn't he quite the little man already? A worn out daddy and baby.

We Survived

After 16 hours of induced labor, we're finally home! And, I don't think we look too bad either. He's a cutie! Here's a picture of daddy bringing baby into the house for the first time! Oh my goodness, how awesome.

As you an see Baby Robert Michael Diaz was born on July 2nd 2009 at 3:57 PM he was 6lbs 9oz and 20 inches. Here a some of the many pictures we took of him.

Induction

Well, after all the problems we've had with this pregnancy and all the worrying, tonight we go in for induction to have the baby a week early. I started bleeding while dialating on my own and have been experiencing decreased fetal movement, so it's time to finally meet little Robert. Tonight at midnight we go in and hopefully have a healthy baby tomorrow sometime. We'll keep ya'll posted.

9 months and waiting

Well, after 9 months of carrying a baby and looking pleasantly round, we decided to go to the park in Manhattan, KS and take some pregnancy pictures.
